Eligibility
The USD $10,000 Lucky Draw ("the Draw") is open to participants aged 18 and above. Employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Participants can enter the Draw by signing up at Clicks®. Each new sign-up will automatically receive one entry into the Draw, this includes all existing users who have signed up on the platform. Participants can increase their chances of winning by completing additional actions: a. Signing up and listing of one property will earn the participant 5 extra entries. b. Signing up and posting in the newsfeed or PVP will earn the participant 5 extra entries. C. Signing up, listing one property and posting in the newsfeed or PVP will earn the participant 8 extra entries. Each account is eligible for a maximum of 8 chances.
Draw Criteria
The Draw will be conducted once 1 million new sign-ups have been achieved. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries till the date we hit 1 million new sign-ups.
Prize
The winner will receive USD $10,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. The winner shall be responsible to pay the necessary duties, fees, taxes, levies, and other charges as imposed by any relevant authorities in Singapore.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, it will be donated to a charity organization.
Publicity
By participating in the Draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Draw without additional compensation.
Privacy
The personal information gathered for this Draw will primarily be used for its administrative execution. Please be aware that the data collected may also be applied for general business purposes, as detailed in our comprehensive Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon signup. These standard Terms and Conditions provide a thorough explanation of our data handling practices, including provisions for privacy and data usage. It is important to recognise that these Terms and Conditions take precedence over this specific privacy clause related to the Draw.
Disqualification
Participants found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified from the Draw.
Governing Law
The Draw is governed by the laws of Singapore , and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
Beware of Scammers
Clicks® will never ask you for your personal details (e.g., bank account information, social security number) through unsolicited messages, emails, or phone calls.
If you receive any communication claiming to be from Clicks® regarding the Lucky Draw through unofficial channels, do not respond and report it to us immediately through our official website or social media channels.
By participating in the Draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Draw at any time without prior notice.
